Category:SolidWorksMutation analysis of the potential metastatic suppressor gene emm2 in human non-small cell lung cancer.
A common and tumor-specific expression of a plasmid vector containing the cDNA of the emm2 gene was observed in non-small cell lung cancer cell lines derived from different histological subtypes. However, the role of this gene in tumorigenesis remains unknown. We analyzed emm2 gene expression and its putative effects on malignant phenotype in a panel of 45 human non-small cell lung cancer cell lines of different histological subtypes by transfecting vector expressing emm2 cDNA into lung cancer cell lines. In spite of the heterogeneity of the tumor panel, as evidenced by limited array of markers (including stage, histology, and grade) and origin of the cell lines (primary or metastatic), the expression of the transfected emm2 cDNA was variable, but more frequently found in squamous cell carcinomas. Although emm2 does not appear to be the dominant metastasis suppressor gene in non-small cell lung cancer, our results suggest that this gene might be involved in the pathogenesis of the cancer.Q:
How can I program a pause/play button in my windows form application
I am developing an application using Windows Forms. It will have a button that will play and pause a certain music file. I'm using Visual Studio 2010. I know how to play and pause the music by a button click event, but how can I make the button to play and pause the music by itself?
I mean I want to pause/play the music without clicking on the button (user should be able to control the music through keyboard while using my application). Can anybody tell me how to do this?
A:
You have a couple of options.
One is to use the MediaElement control to play and pause the file. You can set up some event handlers to do the playback when the MediaElement is changed.
The other option is to use the Windows Media Player (mmp.dll) to do the playback. The Winforms version is called the Windows Media Player Classic (mms.dll). This control can also be configured with event handlers.

If you are using.Net 3.5, there is a built-in class called MediaPlayerElement. This class can play and pause the music. Here is an example for playing and be359ba680
